Distributed is a Silicon Valley-based firm searching for a detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our High Growth Technology clients. You aren't just an assistant; you are an operations partner who ensures the "engine" of a Silicon Valley startup runs smoothly every single day.
Your Impact
Working directly with US-based founders, you will manage the digital infrastructure that keeps businesses scaling. We are looking for a tech-forward professional who loves building systems, managing complex calendars, and mastering new software tools instantly.
Core Objectives
Operational Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate international meetings, and handle sensitive email correspondence with professional "C-Suite" etiquette.
CRM & Data Management: Keep our clients' CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) spotless by auditing data, generating reports, and automating workflows.
Tech Stack Management: Act as the internal expert for tools like Slack, Notion, Zoom, and various project management platforms (Asana/Monday).
Document Control: Prepare high-level presentations, contracts, and internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the team.
What We Look For
Professional History: 2+ years of experience in an Administrative or Operations role, ideally within a remote or tech-heavy environment.
Communication Skills: Near-native English (written and verbal). You must be comfortable communicating with American executives. ️
Academic Foundation: A University degree is highly preferred (Business, Communications, or related fields).
Hardware & Stability: You are a professional remote operator. You must own a high-speed laptop (i5/M1 or better) and have a verified backup power solution (Inverter/UPS) and redundant internet (Fiber + Mobile Hotspot).
Compensation & Culture
Fixed Base: $650 – $950 USD Monthly (Competitive for the Venezuelan market).
