The Opportunity

Distributed is a San Jose-based managed services firm looking for an elite Software Sales Executive. This isn't a typical lead-gen role; you will spearhead the full sales cycle for a high-growth FinTech client based in Texas. From the initial hunt to the final signature, you are the engine behind our client’s revenue growth.

Your Impact

As a dedicated AE for a financial platform, you’ll engage directly with Founders and CFOs. You should be fluent in discussing ROI, liquidity, and complex financial workflows. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by a high commission structure.

Core Objectives

Territory Ownership: You will manage high-volume outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, Email, and cold calling to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Strategic Demos: You’ll lead video presentations for payroll and financial software, solving specific pain points for every prospect.

Closing & Negotiation: You are responsible for navigating objections and managing the contract process through to completion.

Market Insight: Deeply understand the FinTech landscape to target "whale" accounts and strategic partners.

CRM Excellence: Maintain precise data within our CRM for accurate revenue forecasting.

What We Look For

Professional History: At least 3+ years in B2B SaaS Sales. We specifically require 2+ years within FinTech, Financial Services, or highly technical software.

Communication Skills: Near-native, C-Suite level English (written and verbal) is mandatory for selling to US executives.

Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is preferred.

Tech Requirements: You must be a professional remote operator with a high-spec machine (i7/M2 + 16GB RAM), fiber-optic internet (50 Mbps+), and a quiet, professional home office.

Compensation & Culture

Fixed Base: $1,200 – $1,700 USD Monthly.

Upside: Uncapped commissions based on performance.
