Job Description

Duties and qualifications:

Familiar with OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour classes and regulations

Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.

Proven crew leadership.

Knowledgeable in rough carpentry and finish carpentry, roofing, painting, drywall finishing, flooring, concrete work, metal studs, and most concepts of commercial construction

Commercial construction experience 3+ years required

Be able to operate basic construction equipment (excavator, earthmovers, etc)

Be capable of representing the company in job site meetings and with clients on the job site.

Be capable of handling job-specific paperwork, job-site production, planning and scheduling of job-specific subcontractors and material, and job site safety regulations.

Pass government clearance background check

Pass drug testing

Valid drivers license
