Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior management. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive-level tasks independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
Handle emails, correspondence, and priority communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries
Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and bookings
Coordinate meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-through on tasks
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with scheduling tools and task/project management platforms
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
High level of professionalism and discretion
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
Familiarity with CRM or business operations tools
Background in project coordination or operations support
Experience in fast-paced or global work environments
