Overview
We are seeking a courteous and solution-driven Remote Customer Service Representative to support our customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve issues effectively while working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone (when applicable)
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
Assist with other customer support-related tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to stay professional and composed in challenging situations
Basic knowledge of CRM or customer support tools is an advantage
Comfortable using standard computer applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with live chat or helpdesk systems
Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or online service support
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
