What You’ll Own:
Drive EHS programs from the ground level through execution and continuous improvement
Lead job hazard analyses and proactively eliminate risk before it becomes an issue
Be the go-to for safety training—engaging, practical, and effective
Take full ownership of SDS management and chemical safety protocols
Oversee chemical waste handling and ensure zero gaps in compliance
Support hazardous materials shipping standards (DOT/IATA/IMDG) without hand-holding
Act as a key voice in building a strong, accountable safety culture
What Gets You in the Door:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years running EHS programs in manufacturing or industrial environments
Chemical environment experience is a strong advantage
Proven experience with hazardous waste management
Exposure to dangerous goods shipping regulations is a plus
ASP, CSP, or CHMM certifications help you stand out
Strong communicator who can influence at all levels—not just enforce rules
