Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our team with accurate data management and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain data across various systems and databases
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Perform routine data quality checks and audits
Generate reports based on collected data
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency
Complete additional administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with database management or CRM systems
Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools
