Entry Level CNC Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

Start Your Machining Career $21/hr Swing Shift

Location: Kent, WA

Pay: $21.00/hour

Shift: Swing Shift

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (6 months)About the Opportunity

This is your chance to break into aerospace manufacturing and develop a long term career in CNC machining. As an Entry Level CNC Operator, you’ll work hands on with precision equipment producing aerospace components that meet the industry’s highest quality and safety standards.

You don’t need to be an expert—we’re looking for motivated, detail oriented individuals who want to learn, grow, and build a future in machining.What You’ll Be Doing

Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace parts

Safely load and unload materials and finished components

Monitor machine performance during runs and report issues

Perform basic machine adjustments and minor setups (training provided)

Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers to verify tolerances

Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work areaRequired Qualifications

Ability to accurately use micrometers and calipers (required)

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine shop environment

Basic understanding of CNC machining or machine operation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand for extended periods in a production setting

Reliable attendance and availability for swing shiftPreferred (Not Required)

Prior CNC operator experience

Exposure to Swiss style CNC machines

Aerospace manufacturing experience

Machining coursework, certifications, or technical training

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
