Logistic Coordinator Remote WFH

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize day-to-day supply chain and shipping operations. This fully remote role coordinates carriers, tracks shipments, resolves exceptions, and supports continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across domestic and international carriers.

Schedule and book freight with carriers (LTL, FTL, parcel, express) and confirm pickup/delivery windows.

Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to internal teams and customers.

Manage documentation: bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs forms.

Track and resolve exceptions (delays, damage, shortages) and escalate per SLA.

Communicate with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain inventory shipment records and update WMS/ERP/transportation systems.

Generate and analyze logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, transit times, freight spend).

Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities; support implementation.

Support week-to-week freight billing reconciliation and claims processing.

Ensure compliance with carrier and international shipping regulations and company policies.
