Step up as a Marine Senior Engineer ensuring complying and effective fleet operations. Utilize your expertise in ship systems to mentor crew and conduct essential training for operational success.

This role is critical in overseeing the efficient maintenance and operation of propulsion plants and auxiliary systems. You will supervise and guide personnel, manage resources, and be involved in drills and quality assurance inspections, ensuring the readiness and safety of the fleet. Your insight and experience will shape training for crew members and directly influence the operational mandate.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and direct engine room maintenance and operations • Lead environmental and safety response drills • Train and mentor crew for certification upgrades • Assist in managing vessel refit specifications • Conduct quality inspections during contracted periods

Requirements: • STCW Certificate of Competency required • Experience as a Senior Engineer on marine vessels • Strong supervisory and mentoring skills • Proficient in maritime safety and operational protocols • Willingness to travel and work onboard for extended periods
