We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Developer

to join our dynamic team and contribute to building scalable, high-performing CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as per business requirements.

Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP.

Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment following Agile methodologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments and ensure smooth release management.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and ecosystem tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

Hands on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), and middleware platforms.

Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governance limits.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills.
