Summary

An Experienced professional that has a strong understanding of construction estimating and project managing. Estimator will work closely with clients and subcontractors. Duties

Site measuring, reading blueprints, determining the required materials and labour to provide accurate cost. Interacting and communicating with staff, clients and subcontractors. Scheduling jobs and projects. Lining up subcontractors and trades for jobs as needed. Managing installers and carpenters. Ordering materials. Preparing materials needed for each job and getting installers and carpenters out each morning. Preparing job sheets. Deliveries. Requirements

Experience in measuring and estimating 10+ years. Strong math and analytical skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to read blueprints. Familiarity with various flooring and construction materials. Experience in installation. Computer skills. Nice To Haves

Flooring installation experience. Installation of blinds. Experience in construction. Benefits
