MFL Teacher / MFL ECT In the heart of Redbridge an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is hiring an MFL Teacher / MFL ECT for an ASAP or September 2026 start. This is a permanent, full time contract.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious MFL Teacher / MFL ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding MFL Department. The school is renowned for its supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school is well invested in the Education sector, setting new teaching practices and training staff. It’s an exciting time at the school!

Experienced MFL Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator and pastoral responsibility. Newly Qualified MFL Teachers (NQTs) will be enrolled onto the school’s bespoke NQT induction and work alongside a range of young and experienced Science Teachers.

MPS1 UPS3 – £39,571 £59,135 + TLR (size depending on experience)

Person Specification

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining

Strong academics across the board – degree, A levels, GCSEs

Must meet the 8 teaching standards at Good or Outstanding level

Must be able to work as part of a large team of MFL teachers

Must be willing to listen to feedback
