Job Description

NSC Staffing / Skill Trades has an opening for a Fabricator with strong TIG and MIG welding experience in Columbus, Ohio.

Pay: $20–$35/hour (based on experience)

Location: Columbus, OH

Start Date: ASAP (resume review and weld test required prior to start)

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Site Contact: Provided when scheduling weld test

Job Scope:

Perform metal fabrication with the ability to read and interpret blueprints (basic math assessment included)

Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding, as well as metal polishing

Work with various materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and copper

Experience with bending, rolling, and cutting metal preferred

Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to learn additional skills

Requirements:

Basic NSC background check

5-panel drug screen
