Client Executive, Commercial Insurance Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance combined with your attention to detail and customer service focus are the keys to success in the role of Client Executive. This role manages a book of commercial accounts with responsibility to grow the book. Critical to success in this role is your ability to form strong relationships with clients, educate them on their exposures and provide sound advice on coverage available to them.

LOCATION AND STATUS

Full-time, permanent

QUALIFICATIONS

3+years of insurance industry experience, including commercial lines experience, preferably managing a book of business,

Strong working knowledge of commercial auto, and property/casualty lines

Experience in an insurance brokerage an asset

CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset

VALUES & COMPETENCIES

High degree of professionalism and integrity

Committed to excellence in customer service and builds strong relationships with clients

Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products

Experience with Epic software is considered an asset

Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work

Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills

Works well within a team and independently and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines

Critical thinker with strong attention to details
