POSITION – CNC Machine Operator

JOB LOCATION – Osseo, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (3pm to11pm, Monday through Friday), 3rd Shift (11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday)

STARTING PAY – $20 per hour (increases available)

REQUIRED EDUCATION – None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Person needs a mechanical mindset.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for cleaning parts and operating a CNC machine. Must be a good listener, own mistakes, follows instructions, detailed, honest. Automotive backgrounds are good, Metal CNC Operation experience is also good.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and clean small parts

Insert parts into machine, run machine, take part out and continue process

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

High School Diploma or GED desired

Demonstrate a solid work ethic and reliability

Prefer prior manufacturing experience and prior machining experience

Automotive experience is a preference. CNC Operation experience in metal manufacturing is also preferred.

Must be a good listener, someone who owns mistakes, follows instructions, is detailed, and honest.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for duration of shift on concrete floor

Minimal twisting, bending, and reaching

Ability to lift/move 5-15 pounds
