Hiring: Lead Paralegal

Location: Remote (West Coast, U.S.)

Salary: $85,000 – $125,000/yr + Equity

Schedule: Full-time

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Lead Paralegal to support a rapidly growing legal tech company focused on high-volume personal injury case management. This role plays a critical part in overseeing case workflows, managing partner firm relationships, and driving operational efficiency across pre-litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison for partner law firms, managing communication and case updates

Manage a high-volume caseload of 120–220+ pre-litigation personal injury cases

Oversee and direct a team of case managers supporting active cases

Conduct daily case reviews, prioritization, and workflow management

Prepare and review demand packages for accuracy and quality

Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

8–15 years of experience in personal injury law

Experience managing high-volume pre-litigation caseloads

Strong leadership and team management experience

Ability to operate in fast-paced, process-driven environments

Experience with Litify, Filevine, or Smokeball preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills
