Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification: Monitor various portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP) for relevant tender opportunities.
Documentation & Submission: Prepare, review, and compile technical and financial proposals, ensuring timely submission.
Compliance & Analysis: Analyze RFQ/tender documents to evaluate technical and financial eligibility criteria.
Coordination: Liaise with sales, technical, and commercial departments to collect necessary documentation.
Portal Management: Handle ERP, Ariba Portal, E-tendering/GeM portal processes, including clarifications and bidding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience (2–5 years) in tendering, procurement, or bid management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-tendering platforms.
Knowledge: Understanding of procurement policies, bidding processes, and contract management.

Proficiency in Tender Preparation, Documentation, and Submission
Strong Analytical and Research Skills
Experience in Compliance Verification and Bid Coordination
Detail-oriented with excellent Organizational and Time Management Abilities
Understanding of Procurement Processes in Mining, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Industries (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in tendering roles or business development is an advantage
