Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable, detail driven Inventory Control Clerk to manage the maintenance parts that keep our equipment operating every day. If you take pride in organization, accuracy, and being the person others rely on to find the right part fast, this is a great fit.
Essential Functions:
You’ll be the backbone of our maintenance parts operation by:
Maintaining proper inventory levels for all maintenance parts.
Stocking incoming parts and keeping shelves organized and easy to navigate.
Tracking accurate SKU counts in the Sage ERP system.
Reviewing daily parts sign outs and sending reorder needs to the purchasing team.
Operating a forklift to move parts and materials.
Driving a company vehicle for errands and parts runs.
Performing quarterly physical inventory counts.
Organizing and storing used parts in designated areas.
Helping maintenance techs secure emergency breakdown parts when equipment goes down.
Ensuring all items are clearly labeled and stored correctly.
Maintaining 5S standards to keep the parts cage clean, safe, and efficient.
Participating in daily 2SL activities.
Handling other duties as needed to support the maintenance team.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Inventory Control Experience
Computer Skills and comfort using inventory systems.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements:
Must have current valid driver license
