Summary

We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to reimagine quality assurance in an AI-native development environment. You'll partner with engineering leadership to shape our QA strategy as AI transforms how software is built and tested. We want a strong coder who's passionate about quality engineering and excited to grow with us as we experiment with AI-assisted approaches to testing.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering leadership to define and evolve our QA strategy

Build and scale automated testing infrastructure across the platform, from CI/CD pipelines to end-to-end coverage

Discover and adopt tomorrow's QA practices before they become today's industry standard, with a focus on AI-driven approaches

Ensure quality across all aspects of our software platform

Investigate test failures and production issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence

What Sets You Up for Success

Required Qualifications

2+ years of software development experience

Strong programming skills (TypeScript, Python, or Rust)

Experience with or strong interest in test automation

Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

Clear communication skills

Experience using AI-assisted development tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, or similar)

A strong understanding of API testing best practices

Comfort with front-end testing (browser automation, visual regression)

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS)

Background in loyalty, advertising, or e-commerce
