Custodial Worker - Part Time (.5) - TJES

Lakeland Central School District is seeking a P/T Custodial Worker - Days at one of our elementary schools.

This employee performs cleaning, maintenance and makes minor repairs.

Washes windows, blackboards, and lavatory fixtures.

Dusts woodwork and empties trash receptacles.

Sweeps, mops, vacuums and waxes floors, rugs, and carpets.

May make minor repairs and undertake routine maintenance tasks related to building operating systems.

May perform grounds keeping activities such as cleaning snow, mowing lawns, raking leaves and trimming shrubs.

Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently.

Hours: 10:30am - 2:30pm.

M-F.

This is a 12 mos.

position.
