Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA; certification required
Specialized experience or genuine interest in Early Childhood speech and language services
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for young learners
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy and perform evaluations for early childhood students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans
Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and provide expert input into student support plans
Mentor or collaborate with the onsite SLPA to ensure high-quality service delivery
Engage students with tailored interventions that spark communication growth
