A growing closed-door Long Term Care pharmacy is seeking experienced licensed pharmacists to join their expanding operation in Westerville, OH. This direct hire opportunity offers multiple second and overnight shifts with flexible scheduling options designed to accommodate your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate medication orders to ensure appropriate drug selection, dosage, and administration

Verify accuracy of dispensed medications and proper labeling

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and healthcare teams to resolve medication-related issues

Oversee the preparation of medications following established protocols

Recommend therapeutic adjustments to physicians and facility staff based on clinical assessment

Investigate and address any medication-related concerns or queries

Maintain detailed, up-to-date customer databases including medical history and laboratory data

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Ohio pharmacist license in-hand (required)

Experience in long-term care pharmacy or a similar clinical setting

Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to patient care

Proficiency with pharmacy systems, preferably Frameworks

Scheduling Options:

Four 10-hour shifts with every other weekend off, shift start times include 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM, or 8:00 PM

Monday through Sunday 7-on/7-off schedule with variable overnight shifts (4pm-2:30am, 6pm-4:30am, or 8:30pm-7am)
