Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Senior Project Cost Analysts to support a leading utility and energy company. This role provides operational procurement services to business partners within the Purchasing (Services) group.
Responsibilities include reviewing purchase requests, determining appropriate fulfillment methods, and executing purchasing activities for basic to medium-complexity requests. The role also supports procurement issue resolution, collaborates with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and contributes to performance tracking and reporting to enhance customer support and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Execute basic and medium-complexity procurement transactions to support business operations.
Source service-related purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (e.g., work authorizations, service agreements) in compliance with company policies.
Update purchase orders based on change orders and evolving business needs.
Obtain supplier acknowledgments and maintain accurate purchase order records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and suppliers through excellent customer service.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), Strategic Procurement, and business partners on sourcing events and process improvements.
Support issue resolution by documenting and addressing inquiries via phone, email, and direct access channels.
Escalate complex issues to higher-tier team members as needed.
Assist in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
OR
Minimum of 4 years of relevant procurement or service center experience
Experience:
At least 2 years of customer service and/or procurement experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency with procurement systems
Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
Ability to influence, persuade, and build credibility
Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and tools
