Our agency began as a legacy office in 2021 and expanded with the opening of a second location in 2024. Today, we’re proud to have a team of seven and a growing presence along the eastern seaboard. Before becoming an agent, I spent many years as a coach and teacher — experience that strongly shapes how I lead, train, and support my team. I’ve been married to my wife, Brittany, for 14 years, and she works alongside me in the agency. Together we have three children, three dogs, and a handful of cats, making family a central part of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jerrod Sparling - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
