General Duties:

• Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in

a timely and respectful manner.

• Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel

welcome and attended to.

• Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them

and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Computer literate with good typing skills.

• Effective written communication skills.

• Able to operate basic office machines (i.e. calculator, fax,

printer, copier).

• Demonstrate pleasant and appropriate phone etiquette.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Team player

• Have minimum of two years’ experience working in guest

services and retail sale environment.
