CNC Machine Operator

Founded in 1926, W.L. Walker Co., Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer serving the oil and gas industry worldwide. Our products are used in the measurement of hydrocarbons for both inventory control and custody transfer, supporting critical operations across the energy sector.

We are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This position is open to both experienced machinists and motivated individuals with some mechanical or shop background—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Position Overview:

Operate CNC equipment (including lathes and other machining centers) to produce precision components used in our mechanical, electrical, and digital instrumentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic familiarity with machining, tools, or shop environments preferred

CNC experience is a plus, but not required

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, consistent attendance
