A-Line Staffing is now hiring General Warehouse Laborer in Enfield, CT 06082. The General Warehouse Laborer would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.

General Warehouse Laborer Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

- 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Pay Range: $20/hour

General Warehouse Laborer Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving of products in a Distribution Center environment

• Process UPS and LTL shipments including picking, packing, palletizing, and documentation

• Receive incoming products by counting, verifying, and placing inventory in proper locations using Oracle

• Load and unload trucks using riding pallet jack

• Assist with inventory control including cycle counting

• Ship product sample requests for associates, vendors, and customers

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Follow all safety (SHE) regulations and report incidents, hazards, or near misses

• Participate in team audits to ensure safety and compliance standards

• Collaborate within a rotating team structure and adapt to shifting responsibilities

General Warehouse Laborer Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Warehouse experience required (Inbound and Outbound preferred)

• PC literate; Oracle experience preferred

• Ability to operate forklift, riding pallet jack, pallet scales, and calculator

• Ability to read, write, and understand English

• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving processes

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Strong attention to safety procedures and workplace compliance
