What You’ll Do
Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
Support the Executive Chef with ordering, inventory, labor, and sales management
Ensure consistent food quality and adherence to all recipes and standards
Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation practices
Lead and develop the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Collaborate with management on special events and menu initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
Strong understanding of inventory management, food cost control, and labor management
Excellent communication and leadership skills across all levels of the operation
Proven ability to work 11–12 shifts per week in a fast-paced setting
Commitment to maintaining quality, consistency, and teamwork
