Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Location: Near OSU Campus (on bus line)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy apartment complex located near the OSU campus. This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping properties in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment units

Troubleshoot and repair appliances (refrigerators, stoves, etc.)

Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic repairs

Complete landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and cleanup

Prepare vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs

Move furniture and assist with clearing out apartments as needed

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Prior experience in maintenance, HVAC, or related fields preferred

Basic knowledge of appliance repair and general handyman skills

Ability to lift and move furniture and perform physical tasks

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
