What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor machines in production

Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on equipment

Track production data and machine performance

Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues quickly

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe workplace

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

Previous machine operating experience (manufacturing or textiles a plus)

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing setting

Team player with good communication skills
