Pay: $90,000 – $100,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition at a fast-growing, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Beloit, WI. This is a high-impact, on-site role reporting directly to the HR Director. You will own the recruiting strategy from sourcing through offer, with a strong focus on placing high-level salaried talent at the Director and VP level across Operations, Engineering, and other departments. You will also own wage surveys, market data analysis, job description development, and strategic workforce planning.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, operations, executive, and manufacturing roles
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using social media, cold calling, research, and talent mapping
Manage applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms to streamline workflows
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
Negotiate offers and ensure compliance with employment and labor law
Conduct yearly wage and salary surveys for all positions and provide market data and recommendations
Develop, standardize, and improve job descriptions across the organization
Conduct skill gap analysis and assist with training plan development
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership
Manage relationships with external staffing agencies as needed
Lead employer branding efforts via social media and outreach
Attend job fairs and college recruiting events
What We're Looking For
3+ years of strong recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience recruiting for Director and VP level positions across Operations, Engineering, or similar functions
Experience conducting wage surveys and analyzing market compensation data
Job description development and standardization experience
Strong sourcing skills including cold calling, research, and lead generation
Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of employment and labor law
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience managing external staffing agency relationships
HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Experience with succession planning and training development
Employer branding and social media recruiting experience
