Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented drywall installer/finisher to handle a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality finished work.

Key Responsibilities:

Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a professional standard

Patch and repair drywall (holes, water damage, texture matching)

Match existing textures (orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish, etc.)

Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and smoothing

Install corner bead and ensure clean, straight edges

Protect surrounding areas using plastic, drop cloths, and masking

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standardsQualifications:

Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing

Ability to match textures and deliver paint-ready finishes

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable transportation capable of hauling tools and materials

Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Must pass a background checkPhysical Demands:

Occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, or move materials

Ability to hang and finish drywall overhead and on ladders

Climbing stairs and ladders using proper safety measures

Bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Follow worksite safety and cleanliness protocolsWork Environment:

Indoor and outdoor job sites depending on project

Exposure to dust, cold or hot weather, and humid conditions

Moderate noise from tools and equipment
