Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Workday SCM ERP Program Manager to lead the delivery of Workday Supply Chain (SCM) initiatives within a large, complex, and regulated environment by partnering closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders.
Position Description: This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of Workday SCM initiatives, manage program scope and risks, and ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across procurement, inventory, and P2P processes to optimize system capabilities.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday SCM initiatives, including procurement, inventory, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Manage program scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Partner with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to translate business requirements into system solutions
Oversee cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and third-party vendors
Drive program governance, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
Support system design, configuration oversight, and integration strategy across SCM modules
Ensure successful execution of testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system performance

Required Qualifications:
8-12+ years of ERP program or project management experience
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations leading Workday Supply Chain (SCM)
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including Procurement, Inventory management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in regulated environments (healthcare strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and large-scale program delivery
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in healthcare or similar enterprise environments
Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and reporting within Workday SCM
Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators
