Westerwood is actively seeking a Laundry Aide to add to our exceptional team and community. This position is Full-Time 7am-3:15pm including every other weekend.

Job duties include the following:

Collects, cleans and redistributes Westerwood laundry according to state and federal regulations.

Ensures that all Rehabilitation Center laundry is properly sorted, washed and dried according to state and federal regulations.

Ensures that the laundry is maintained in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.

Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.

Working Conditions: Moderate to heavy physical effort 80% of the time. Work is well lighted, confined area. Exposure to uncomfortable heat, odors and laundry chemicals. Protective equipment is provided. Handles laundry weighing 50 - 125 pounds loading and unloading machines. Pushes and pulls, handles and operates a computerized washer.
