Truck Driver

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable individual to join our fleet of professional company drivers as a Truck Driver. The qualified driver will be responsible for operating a Tractor Trailer/Bobtail to transport various shipments from one location to another. We are seeking a hardworking and professional individual who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. The qualified driver will be responsible for performing shipments of both non-hazardous and hazardous waste via 130bbl Vacuum Trailers, Roll-off Trailers, Van Trailers, and other possible equipment (Air Machine).

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Currently has a Class A CDL. Haz endorsement a plus but if not will be required to be attained within 90 days of employment.

Currently has a TWIC card.

Must have current and up to date medical card.

2 years roll-off and tanker experience.

Must have acceptable driving record and able to pass background screening for multiple plants.

Be able to use a vehicle with a trailer or container attached.

Be able to operate the truck on a variety of roads, in all weather conditions and at different times of day.

Be able to wear a uniform and properly maintain appearance at all times.

Be able to communicate with customers, vendors, and management via phone, email, or in person.

Follow instructions from the dispatcher.

Respond quickly in an emergency situation.
