Lead Carpenter Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter who has attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the construction industry and can perform advanced carpentry skills on residential interior and exterior projects. Responsibilities include performing skill carpentry tasks such as framing, trim, cabinetry, finish work and can maintain safe, clean and organized job sites, communicate effectively with project managers, clients and vendors, proactively address challenges to uphold company standards and client satisfaction from start to finish.

Job Requirements

5+ years of construction industry experience

Must have a valid driver's license

Demonstrate leadership and communication skills

Experienced using power tools safely and skillfully

Supervise a crew of 2-4 carpenters during construction projects

Oversee construction of framing

Assign finish carpentry tasks to workers
