Job description*:

#Technical Leadership:

• Lead and guide a team of D365 CRM developers

• Provide technical direction, task breakdown, and effort estimation

• Review code, configurations, and customizations to ensure quality and standards compliance

• Mentor junior and mid level developers

#Solution Design & Development:

• Design and implement D365 CRM solutions using:

o Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules

o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• Develop and customize:

o Plugins (C#)

o JavaScript / TypeScript customizations

o Custom APIs and Web Resources

o Business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows

#Data & Integration:

• Design and build integrations using:

o Dynamics 365 Web API

o Azure Logic Apps / Azure Functions (as required)

• Handle data migration, data modeling, and performance optimization

• Ensure secure and reliable integration patterns

#ALM & DevOps:

• Support and follow ALM best practices:

o Solution management

o Environment strategy (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)

o CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub

• Support deployments and release management activities

#Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work closely with:

o Functional Consultants

o Business Analysts

o Architects

o Project Managers

• Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders

• Assist in resolving complex technical issues during development and production support
