#Required Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Node.js, Java and Spring Boot

• Expert-level experience with Angular 2+ or ReactJS, HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS

• Strong experience developing REST APIs including documentation tooling

• Knowledge and experience with:

o SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres)

o NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Neo4J)

o Kafka (Publisher and Consumer)

o Cloud development (AWS CloudFormation/Terraform, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS)

o Code management tools (Git, GitLab, Maven, JIRA)

AI & Intelligent Automation Experience

• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Kiro, Amazon Q Developer, or similar AI coding assistants) to accelerate development velocity

• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML services and APIs into applications (e.g., AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, Hugging Face)

• Understanding of how generative AI and large language models can be applied to:

o Automated code review and quality analysis

o Intelligent test generation and test automation

o Network data analysis and anomaly detection

o Workflow and process optimization

• Experience with or willingness to adopt AI-driven approaches for DevOps (AIOps), including predictive monitoring and automated incident response

• Ability to evaluate AI tools and frameworks, assess their applicability, and lead adoption within the team

Related Work Experience

• 10+ years overall software development experience

• 8+ years of Java-specific development

• 5+ years development team leadership experience

• 5+ years of Spring Boot

• 5+ years web services development (REST, JSON, XML)

• 5+ years SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres)

• 3+ years cloud development (AWS)

• 2+ years JPA/Hibernate

• 1+ years experience with AI-powered development tools or AI/ML integration
