Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Paralegal role located in Brooksville, FL. The Paralegal will provide support to attorneys by performing legal research, preparing legal documents, scheduling appointments, reviewing and organizing case files, and conducting detailed analyses of case materials. Day-to-day tasks also include assisting with client communications, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal protocols.

Qualifications

Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document Review

E-filing documents with the court.

Proficient knowledge of law and legal research techniques

Experience in personal injury law

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal teams

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or relevant certification in Legal Studies or a related field

Proficiency in legal software and case management tools is a plus

Prior experience as a paralegal or in a legal setting is required
