Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative Lead Interior Designer to join our

team. This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented

environment and is excited to lead projects from concept through completion.

You will play a key role in shaping the design vision for high-end residential projects while also

contributing to boutique commercial work. As a leader within the design team, you will mentor

junior designers, collaborate closely with architecture and construction teams, and ensure every

project reflects both creative excellence and real-world buildability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from initial concept through final installation

Develop thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and goals

Work closely with architects, estimators, and project managers to align design with budget and construction feasibility

Oversee material selections, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings

Produce and review drawings, presentations, and specifications

Guide clients through a structured, organized design process

Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits

Ensure designs are executed accurately and maintain design intent throughout construction

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in residential interior design (design-build experience preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential work (boutique commercial a plus)

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar. (Lumion is plus)

Exceptional eye for detail, materials, and spatial planning

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and problem-solving
