Our client, a leader in gas & electric utilities, is hiring a Physical Security Systems Analyst to join their team in Columbus, OH!
**This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits**
As the Physical Security Systems Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of enterprise physical security systems and data by performing detailed audits, validations, and reconciliations across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed audits across physical security systems including access control, video management, and alarm platforms
Validate and reconcile data across systems (users, permissions, devices, alarms, configurations) to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain system integrity through ongoing data validation and governance processes
Analyze root causes of data inconsistencies and partner with cross-functional teams (Security Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, vendors) to resolve issues
Develop and support audit procedures, validation checklists, and standard operating processes
Prepare clear, concise reporting on findings, discrepancies, and remediation efforts for stakeholders and leadership
Desired Skills:
4+ years of experience in audit, assurance, data validation, risk analysis, or control testing
Proven ability to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
Background in corporate tax audit, internal audit, or assurance
Experience utilizing SiteOwl, CCure, Avigilon, and Sureview
Exposure to IT systems, access control, or cybersecurity concepts
