Job Summary:
Grewal Eye Institute is looking for a Trainer with a strong hospitality background to drive service excellence and enhance patient experience across the organization. The role involves designing and delivering training programs focused on communication, grooming, and customer service standards for both front-line and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs on patient experience, customer service, and professional conduct
Conduct induction and ongoing training sessions for employees across departments
Promote a hospitality-driven approach to patient interaction and service delivery
Assess training needs in collaboration with department heads
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance tracking
Conduct role plays, workshops, and interactive sessions to ensure practical learning
Standardize grooming, communication, and service protocols across teams
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
4–8 years of experience in training, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or service-oriented industries
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to engage and train employees across different levels
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred:
Experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment
Exposure to service quality audits or process improvement initiatives
