Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for transporting staff, clients, or goods in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, while maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition and ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive assigned vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials as required

Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival and avoid delays

Conduct daily vehicle checks, fuel level, oil, brakes, tyres, and general condition

Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and properly maintained

Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company driving policies

Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance

Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents promptly

Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary

Ensure the safety and security of passengers and goods at all times

Requirements and Skills:

Valid driver’s license

Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or structured environment

Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations

Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
