We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development to help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will represent the company at the forefront and play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong, long-term client relationships.
This role primarily focuses on client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and direct engagement with international clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction through LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industries, and potential clients.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and cold calling campaigns.
Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective international clients to understand their requirements.
Promote the company’s products and services while addressing client objectives and business needs.
Prepare sales proposals and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
Maintain records of sales activities, revenue, and client communications.
Provide reliable after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and nurture potential leads through consistent follow-ups until successful conversion.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
Demonstrated success in lead generation through LinkedIn and cold calling.
Strong sales track record with the ability to close deals.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and rapport development abilities.
Good understanding of international markets and client engagement.
Effective time management, organization, and planning skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to conduct one-to-one meetings with international clients.
Immediate availability to join will be preferred.
