1. **5+ years of Software Engineering experience**, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.

2. Strong **full-stack development expertise**, including development of single-page applications using **Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript** with modern frameworks such as **React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap**.

3. Proven experience designing and building **enterprise-grade applications** with scalability, security, and performance considerations.

Plusses:

1. **3+ years of hands-on experience building generative AI solutions**, using tools and frameworks such as **ADK, OpenAI Agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph**, or similar technologies.

2. **Cloud integration experience** (2+ years preferred) deploying applications or AI solutions on public cloud platforms.

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, the Software Engineer will consult on complex initiatives with broad organizational impact and large-scale planning responsibility within Software Engineering. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or long-term engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of technical, business, and operational factors, including ambiguous or unprecedented considerations.

The engineer will contribute to resolving complex situations by applying strong knowledge of software engineering practices, enterprise standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are core to successfully delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain **full-stack enterprise applications**, including modern single-page web applications

• Develop front-end solutions using **React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript**, and modern UI frameworks

• Build and integrate **backend services** using **Python and/or Java**, ensuring secure and scalable architectures

• Design and implement **generative AI solutions**, leveraging agent frameworks and orchestration tools where applicable

• Review and analyze **complex engineering challenges**, balancing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into well-engineered technical solutions

• Rapidly iterate on solutions, adapting to changing requirements while maintaining code quality

• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and compliance-aligned delivery practices

• Act as a **self-starter**, owning deliverables and driving engineering outcomes with minimal oversight
