Your Role<\/b>

<\/span span div>

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Business Development Professional to support strategic growth within the life sciences industry. This role requires a strong background in selling professional services across validation, quality, engineering, and related disciplines, along with the ability to build and sustain long term customer relationships. Extensive travel may be required, up to 100%, based on business needs span>

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with overall organizational growth objectives span>

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the life sciences market span>

<\/span span span li>

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, fostering strong, long term relationships span>

<\/span span span li>

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities span>

<\/span span span li>

Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to inform strategic initiatives span>

<\/span span span li>

Drive client engagement through consultative selling and tailored solution delivery span>

<\/span span span li>

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets span>

<\/span span span li>

Utilize data driven insights to monitor performance and adapt strategies as needed span>

<\/span span span li>

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure continued partnership success span>

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to business development activities; track performance against targets span>

<\/span span span li>

Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on pipeline activity and market conditions span>

<\/span span span li>

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand market presence and visibility span>

Collaborate cross functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience span>

<\/span span span li>

Provide leadership and guidance to support a collaborative, high performance culture span>

Perform additional duties as assigned span span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related.

<\/span span span li>

Proven success in a business development, sales, sales engineer, project engineer, or related role in the life sciences industry.

<\/span span span li>

Direct industry, client -facing experience in an engineering or project management role within pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotechnology is strongly preferred.

<\/span span span li>

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling professional services related to validation services, quality, engineering, and so on.

<\/span span span li>

Proven success in effectively targeting opportunities for growth, prospect, and nurturing potential leads.

<\/span span span li>

Proven success in achieving sales goals.

<\/span span span li>

In -depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the life science sector.

<\/span span span li>

In -depth knowledge of the industry market.

<\/span span span li>

Proactive, go -getter attitude, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

<\/span span span li>

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

<\/span span span li>

Goal -oriented, ability to set goals and develop/drive action plans.

<\/span span span li>

Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and additional stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast -paced environment.
