Full Potential Model Superintendent

Become the driving force behind project evaluations as the Full Potential Model Superintendent at Agnico Eagle. This role combines leadership with technical expertise, ensuring projects align with operational realities while fostering Agnico Eagle’s values.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager of Technical Services, you will lead project evaluations and multi-disciplinary studies. Collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and environmental teams to deliver actionable insights into project execution. Your strategic impact will shape how projects integrate into site operations while addressing risks and inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead project evaluations and internal value optimization studies • Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs for coherent study deliverables • Ensure quality and timely delivery of technical outputs • Manage operational readiness planning for approved projects • Drive continuous improvement in project evaluation processes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline • At least 10 years in mining, with 2 in a leadership role • Strong background in mining business drivers • Expertise in both open pit and underground mining • Familiarity with NI-43-101 guidelines
