Vice President Human Resources

We are looking to attract a

Segment CHRO

to lead the people strategy for a highly profitable, rapidly growing global manufacturing business operating in a

high-performance, results-driven environment . This leader will partner closely with the President to drive

operational excellence through talent, building a culture of

accountability, continuous improvement, and differentiated performance

across a multi-site, global footprint. Key Responsibilities

Align talent strategy with

P&L priorities, productivity, and operational goals Build and sustain a

performance-driven culture

across plants and regions Lead

talent development, succession planning, and frontline leadership capability Drive

organizational effectiveness

and workforce planning in a manufacturing environment Use

data and metrics

to elevate performance and decision-making Profile

HR leadership experience in

global manufacturing or industrial environments Proven ability to

raise the performance bar

and drive accountability Strong partnership with senior leaders on

business and operational outcomes
