Maintenance Technician (HVAC) - FT Temporary

LATAVCO (Prime Vendor) needs one strong HVAC Maintenance Technician to start with our higher educational clients (Facilities Services) in Cypress, TX .

The contract starts as soon as possible and is a Full-Time Temporary contract role. The temporary contract role pay is $25.00 per hour on w2. Onsite shift, Monday to Friday from 7 am CT to 3:30 pm CT with a 30 minutes lunch. (Note: LATAVCO is adding to our current teams at this location)

Maintenance Technician

Purpose and Scope (General):

The maintenance Technician III, HVAC maintains and services repairs on heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems. Installs and replaces parts for existing units according tto specs and safety guidelines. May lead and coordinate work for others. Assists Senior Maintenance Techs and Facilities management if needed.

Job Functions:

. Directs and participates in preventive, corrective and general maintenance of HVAC Systems

. Records daily maintenance activities log

. Advises the HVAC crew relative to daily tasks

. Assist other HVAC staff when help is required

. Assist in annual inventory reporting

. Follows Safety Guidelines and make sure team members are following safety guidelines
